A useful starting point
A method may require a sieve, measuring tools, a particular pan and somewhere to rest a component. A styled photograph rarely shows the complete equipment list. Review the steps while the worktop is still clear.
Keep it in your kitchen notes
Write down each tool at the point where the method uses it. Check the specified pan size and any manufacturer instructions relevant to the appliance. Avoid assuming that a different container will produce the same result. If essential equipment is missing, select a compatible recipe or obtain a verified alternative from the author before beginning.
