A useful starting point
A level measure, a heaped measure and a packed measure describe different preparation. Removing those words from a working list can make the amount ambiguous. A packed ingredient may need instructions that the recipe explains elsewhere.
Keep it in your kitchen notes
Retain the filling term when copying the recipe and check any accompanying explanation. Do not invent a standard heap size for an unclear instruction. Where repeatability matters, prefer a well-specified recipe with clear quantities and methods. Keep your actual technique in the notes after a trial so the next attempt can follow the same documented instruction.
